Customer Review: Above expectations
I was pleasantly surprised with these headphones. They are very comfortable and sound great (though I am not an expert). The noise canceling feature is easy to turn on and works better than expected with any kind of low frequency sound (air conditioner, airplane, etc). The headphones themselves (without noise canceling) do a good job at reducing higher pitch noises, like voices. The headphones come in a hard case that is very well made and have a detachable cord (which makes it easy to replace if you ever break it). The only very slight negative is that the richness of the sound suffers a bit when the noise canceling feature is on. All in all, I would definitely recommend these headphones.
Customer Review: Very effective, just not comfortable
I purchased these headphones in preparation for an international plane trip, but returned them before I departed. However, I’m certain they would’ve been extremely effective. I turned these on while standing in my kitchen with the clothes washer, dryer and dishwasher all buzzing away and was amazed by the noise reduction. It really works as advertised.

The headphones feel solidly built and are well-cushioned. Ultimately they were not comfortable - they pressed too hard against my jaw bone, giving me a mild headache. No amount of repositioning would help, which is a shame because I *really* wanted to keep these cans. I have a narrow, somewhat small head and a “sensitive” neck, so I attribute the pain to my biology rather than the headphones, hence the four stars. If these headphones are comfortable on you, they’re a great buy.
